The aroflora.com site is an information and e-commerce site accessible via the Internet, open to any user of this network. It is published by the company INNOBIZ, SAS with a capital of €7,680.00 , whose registered office is located at 300h rue du clos de 34830 JACOU, registered with the Trade and Companies Register under number 753 176 320.

Article 1 - Purpose
These terms and conditions govern the sale by the company INNOBIZ (address: 300h rue du clos de Viviers 34830 JACOU) of essential oils, essential oil diffusers and spare parts for essential oil diffusers.
Article 2 - Prices
The prices of our products are indicated in euros including all taxes (VAT and other taxes applicable on the day of the order), unless otherwise stated and excluding processing and shipping costs.

Use a standard package, or reuse the cardboard box with which the product was delivered to you. Returned products must be in their original packaging with their original label(s), unworn, unused, or damaged.
The return number provided by INNOBIZ must be clearly written on the package. All packages received as part of a return that does not meet these requirements will not be processed by INNOBIZ.
- Validation of the return of the order:
All returned products (product, original packaging, accessories, instructions, etc.) must be returned perfectly intact.

Article 7 - Availability

Article 8 - Delivery
The products are delivered to the delivery address indicated during the order process, within the time period indicated on the order validation page.

Delivery time in metropolitan France
Shipments will take place within 48 hours of receipt of payment for your order, unless otherwise indicated on the "cart" page. After delivery by our Shipping Department, your order is delivered in 2 to 3 days by Coliposte (Colissimo tracking). These deadlines are understood in working days, excluding postal delivery problems.
Article 9 - Warranty
